Cold pasta salad recipe

  • 3/4 cup of uncooked pasta
  • 1/4 of a capsicum
  • 1/4 of a cucumber
  • 2 tbsps of olives
  • 2 tbsp of chopped herbs
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of white vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp of dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tbsp of Earth Seeds


  1. Cook pasta in water in a pot, drain once cooked and allow to cool
  2. Prepare the other components of salad by dicing the cucumber, olives and capsicum and finely chopping the herbs
  3. In a small bowl, create the dressing by whisking the olive oil, white vinegar, crushed garlic, salt and Italian herbs
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and top with “Earth Seeds” before serving
