This combination of fruits & veggies is packed with Vitamin C, Vitamin A, antioxidants and probiotics helps quell skin inflammation to reduce redness and puffiness surrounding breakouts. Drink several times weekly to discourage breakouts altogether!

  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1 cup organic frozen blueberries or blackberries
  • 2 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 3 Tbsp. Earth Seeds or hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed
  • 1 cup water, coconut water or your favourite nut milk
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 1 tsp. Luna’s Matcha
  • 1 cups spinach
  • ¼ avocado
  • Small handful of coriander (cilantro)

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender, add more liquid to reach desired texture. Poor into glass and enjoy. Refrigerate in a mason jar for up to 1 day.
