Grain-Free Bircher Muesli
Serves one.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of mixed nuts (whatever you like)
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seed
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
- 1 tsp of psyllium husk
- 1 tsp of slippery elm, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom

Method:
- Mix dry ingredients together well, cover in water and/or dairy/coconut milk kefir and soak overnight in the fridge.
- Add grated apple or mixed berries to sweeten.
