- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Earth Seeds
