- 1 tbsp of Luna’s Beets or 1 medium beetroot, chopped
- 1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp Earth Seeds
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or blackberries
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 1 cup coconut water
- ⅓ cup pineapple
Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend on slow, until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass or bowl and add desired toppings like coconut yoghurt, Earth Seeds, cacao nibs etc.
