Grain-Free Bircher Muesli

Serves one.


  • 1/2 cup of mixed nuts (whatever you like)
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seed
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp of psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp of slippery elm, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom


  1. Mix dry ingredients together well, cover in water and/or dairy/coconut milk kefir and soak overnight in the fridge.
  2. Add grated apple or mixed berries to sweeten.
