Hormone Healthy Hummus
- 1 can of organic chickpeas, rinsed and drained.
- 2 cloves of peeled garlic
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds or Earth Seeds
- 4 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp pinch smoked paprika
- ¼ cup of cold water (or more, depends on desired consistency)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Optional anti-inflammatory hit: 1tsp Luna’s Gold OR 1tsp Turmeric
- Put ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until a smooth hummus forms and you’ve reached desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight glass container.
