So, what's in it?
- Bananas – Bananas are rich in vitamin B6 and potassium, which can help to reduce water retention & bloating. Too little potassium can also cause muscle cramping — the last thing you want when you have period pain!
- Pineapple – Pineapple is a great source of manganese, a nutrient that may help fight against PMS-related irritability.

Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
